It is essential that you return the completed warranty card back to HRM Boilers Ltd. You can either use this online warranty card or the warranty card supplied with a free post envelope inside the packaging of the boiler in the ‘House Holder pack’
Once returned, your boiler will be registered on our data base so in the rare event that you do require a warranty call the details are easy to find. It also ensures you take full advantage of our 2 year parts and labour warranty and the further 3 years warranty of the Heat Exchanger.
It is very important to have your boiler serviced/maintained on an annual basis to ensure the warranty period of the boiler is trouble free. All further information regarding commissioning and warranty is on page 3 of our Handbook and Service Log supplied with the boiler. Information regarding System protection and refurbishing an old system is on page 20 and the ‘Benchmark’ and Boiler Service Log can be found at the back of the Handbook.
